Interaktyvioje Volfas Engelman studijoje technologas Valentinas Kovalenkinas (Maisto technologij\u0173 studij\u0173 programos absolventas) supa\u017eindino su pagrindiniais alaus gamyboje naudojamais ingredientais, skirtingomis apyni\u0173 bei salykl\u0173 r\u016b\u0161imis, j\u0173 skonin\u0117mis subtilyb\u0117mis.<\/p>\n
Studentai su\u017einojo apie alaus gamybos technologin\u012f proces\u0105, tur\u0117jo galimyb\u0119 pamatyti talpyklas-katilus, kuriuose vyksta u\u017emai\u0161ymo, filtracijos, virimo, skaidrinimo, fermentacijos ir brandinimo etapai. V. Kovalenkinas pasidalino savo patirtimi, kaip gimsta naujos alaus r\u016b\u0161ys, kaip kuriamos recept\u016bros.<\/p>\n
Studentai dom\u0117josi apie \u012fmon\u0117je vykdom\u0105 socialin\u0117s atsakomyb\u0117s politik\u0105, kuri apima keturias sritis: atsaking\u0105 vertinimo grandin\u0119, ry\u0161ius su vartotojais, geriausi\u0105 darboviet\u0119, vert\u0117s k\u016brim\u0105 suinteresuotosioms \u0161alims. AB \u201eVolfas Engelman\u201c \u012fdiegta kokyb\u0117s ir maisto saugos, aplinkos apsaugos, darbuotoj\u0173 sveikatos ir saugos vadybos sistema atitinka FSSC 22000 sertifikavimo schemos ir ISO 14001 bei ISO 45001 standart\u0173 reikalavimus. Suformuotos sistemos rezultatyvumas nuolat pri\u017ei\u016brimas bei gerinamas.<\/p>\n
