Lietuvos ir u\u017esienio profesional\u0173 komisijai vir\u0117jai ruo\u0161\u0117 vieno k\u0105snio u\u017ekand\u017eius, o barmenai \u2013 prie j\u0173 deran\u010dius kokteilius. Pasitik\u0117jome vienas kito geb\u0117jimais, tod\u0117l pasiry\u017eome\u201c, \u2013 apie sprendim\u0105 dalyvauti konkurse pasakoja N. Laukaitis ir D. U\u017ekand\u017eio pagrindas \u2013 <em>brioche<\/em> duona, ant kurios teptas grilinto avokado kremas, d\u0117tas skrudintas parmos kumpis, marinuoti pomidorai, ridikai, sald\u017eiar\u016bg\u0161tis \u010dili pipiras ir o\u017ekos s\u016bris su \u017ealumynais. Kokteilis, atsi\u017evelgiant \u012f u\u017ekand\u017eio recept\u016br\u0105, gamintas gaivus. Gaivum\u0105 suteik\u0117 \u017ealiosios citrinos sultys ir aitrus <em>Chivas Regal 12 Year Old<\/em> viskio skonis, kokteilis saldintas medaus sirupu, aromatui suteikti prid\u0117ta <em>Angustura bitters<\/em>. Taur\u0117 buvo \u0161aldyta sausu ledu siekiant i\u0161gauti \u0161erk\u0161n\u0105, ji puo\u0161ta \u017ealiosios citrinos \u017eievele su m\u0117tos\u00a0lapeliais bei desertine vy\u0161nia.
