\u0160ie mokymai \u2013 tai antrasis tarptautinio Erasmus+ KA220 projekto \u201eTraining Emotionally Intelligent and Acceptant Mindsets for Inclusion\u201c (T.E.A.M.I.), kur\u012f koordinuoja institucija I. I. S. E. Amaldi di Roma (Italija), renginys. Iki projekto pabaigos – 2024-02-01 – numatyta sukurti virtuali\u0105 T.E.A.M.I. platform\u0105, kurioje bus: dalijamasi jau sukurta Socio-emotional learning<\/em> (SEL) praktika; SEL mokym\u0173 vadovas, skirtas pedagogams, dirbantiems su studentais \/ mokiniais (ypa\u010d tais, kurie patiria socialin\u0119 atskirt\u012f); mi\u0161rus 45 valand\u0173 trukm\u0117s trij\u0173 moduli\u0173 kou\u010dingo<\/em> ir s\u0105moningumo bei socio-emocinio lavinimo mokym\u0173 kursas; poveikio tyrimas ir ataskaita (u\u017e ataskaitos rengim\u0105 atsakinga Kauno kolegija). \u012egyvendinus \u0161\u012f projekt\u0105, ilgalaik\u0117je perspektyvoje, jo naud\u0105 tur\u0117t\u0173 pajusti visa mokykl\u0173 sistema.<\/p>\n

Projekto mokym\u0173 metu \u012fgyvendintas 30 valand\u0173 trukm\u0117s trij\u0173 moduli\u0173 kou\u010dingo<\/em>, s\u0105moningumo ir socio-emocinio lavinimo mokym\u0173 kursas, kurio organizacines veiklas \u012fgyvendino Kalb\u0173 centro lektor\u0117s Ieva Brazauskait\u0117-Zubavicien\u0117 ir Asta Pukien\u0117, o mokym\u0173 turin\u012f C. C. Saccone atskleid\u0117 per d\u0117mesingumo (angl. mindfulness<\/em>) sau ir kitiems teorij\u0105 bei aktyvius, \u012f emocin\u0119 rai\u0161k\u0105 bei fizin\u012f judes\u012f orientuotus, praktinius u\u017esi\u0117mimus. Lektor\u0117 taip pat akcentavo gerov\u0117s (angl. wellbeing<\/em>) ir darnios aplinkos svarb\u0105. Mokym\u0173 dalyviai, i\u0161klaus\u0119 vis\u0105 kurs\u0105, parengi tapti socialinio ir emocinio ugdymo (SEU)\u00a0 komandos treneriais.<\/em><\/p>\n

T.E.A.M.I. projektu ir \u0161iais mokymais siekiama suteikti pedagogams galimyb\u0119 pl\u0117sti kou\u010dingo<\/em> ir SEU kompetencijas bei jas taikyti mokini\u0173 ugdymo procese; pasi\u016blyti strategijas, kaip pad\u0117ti mokiniams atpa\u017einti ir valdyti savo emocijas; teikti i\u0161teklius ir priemones nuotoliniam mokymuisi; mokyti pedagogus ir mokinius taikyti d\u0117mesingo \u012fsis\u0105moninimo praktikas ir kitokias technikas streso poveikiui valdyti.<\/p>\n
