On 21 November, dozens of <\/span>various<\/span> organisations will once again gather on the premises of Kauno kolegija Higher Education Institution (HEI), ready to establish contacts with students and offer them internships and jobs.<\/span><\/p>\n Aurimas Galkontas, Head of the Student Affairs and Career Unit at Kauno kolegija HEI, reveals that this year, a third of the participating organisations are new companies that will be participating in this event for the first time. As in previous years, the Internship and Career Days will not <\/span>be limited<\/span> to just a networking fair \u2013 this year <\/span>the<\/span> event will also remain in a virtual space.<\/span><\/p>\n Will<\/span> help you discover internship opportunities both in the public sector and abroad<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n This year, the Internship and Career Days will bring together 60 <\/span>different companies and<\/span> voluntary<\/span> organisations, and new partners, according to A.<\/span> Galkontas reflects the growth of the event and the increasing interest of employers.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2018E<\/span>very year, this event attracts between 50 and 60 companies, and their involvement shows that employers value Kauno kolegija HEI as a reliable partner in the search for employees. This proves that the specialists trained here meet the labour market requirements and expectations of employers,<\/span>\u2019 <\/span>notes the Head of the Student Affairs and Career Unit.<\/span><\/p>\n He reveals that this <\/span>year’s<\/span> event will allow students to network with companies that offer international internship opportunities, supported by the Erasmus+ mobility programme:<\/span> \u2018<\/span>This gives students the opportunity not only to improve their professional skills but also to gain international experience and learn about other cultures<\/span>.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n Another innovation of the Internship and Career Days is the participation of a co-working centre in <\/span>Kaunas<\/span> \u201c<\/span>Spie\u010diu<\/span>s\u201d.<\/span> A. They will help to find suitable internship positions in public sector organisations \u2013 ministries, city municipal administrations, etc. These organisations will also assist in ensuring a smoother implementation process of the internship.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2018T<\/span>he Fair that will take place on 21 November is a great opportunity for <\/span>both<\/span> students and employers to save time and effectively establish useful connections.
