[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] \"\"<\/a>\"\"<\/a>On 4\u20138 December the international teaching week \u201cA Week of Global Learning\u201d will be held at the Faculty of Arts and Education of Kauno kolegija Higher Education Institution (HEI).<\/span><\/p>\n

Its programme includes an Erasmus+ training week, during which lectures will be given to the students of the faculty by professors from abroad. Professionals from different fields will share current affairs in the fields of art, languages, education and social work.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the event, the intensive Erasmus+ BIP programme \u201cMake a LEAP\u201d will take place, the main topics of which are: leadership, negotiation strategies, the art of persuasion for foreign lecturers. Studying leadership in various fields: business, politics, entertainment, programme participants will gain useful and practically applicable knowledge, as well as analyse leadership styles and models, and delve into the art of negotiation.
