<\/a>A member of the Students\u2019 Association of Kaunas University of Applied Sciences Samanta Dagyt\u0117 opens up about how exciting it is that the staff of Kaunas University of Applied Sciences reacts to the observations provided by students, the changes made encourage to participate in providing feedback.<\/span><\/p>\n\u201cIn the years studying in Kaunas University of Applied Sciences, I have noticed that collaboration with the administration can enforce positive changes in the community. Employees are always keen on trying to make the students’ experience of both studying and enjoying leisure activities as pleasant as possible.\u201d Samanta Dagyt\u0117 also states that witnessing responsible divisions and staff members react to stated observations encourages her to keep collaborating and representing the interests of students.<\/span><\/p>\n\u201cThe beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic proved that concerns and inquiries raised by students are resolved quickly. The effort is put into resolving issues and providing feedback to students. The changes that are being made give great motivation to continue sharing thoughts and ideas.\u201d She adds that she also participates in conducted surveys and notices that other students feel motivated to provide feedback when solutions to previously raised concerns are given.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\u201cI could state that the majority of students are engaged and happy to provide feedback because they care.
