[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The twelfth Kaunas University of Applied Sciences International Week, entitled \u201cCollaboration for Future: from Technology to Person\u201d <\/strong>will be held online from March 29th<\/sup> to April 2nd<\/sup><\/strong>. The event will bring the academic community and representatives of the business world back together again, so register for the event until March<\/strong> 18th <\/sup><\/strong>and do not miss the opportunity to participate in the event, attend workshops and develop and strengthen international relations. Since the International Week is getting closer we would like to invite you to meet the first participants of the event.<\/p>\n Discussion \u201cInnovation Leadership\u201d \u201cWe will discuss innovation leadership<\/strong>, the role of leaders in it<\/strong>, the levels of innovation leadership<\/strong>, how extremely important it is to start building everything from ourselves as an innovators and only then think about the team and the whole organization. I will touch on qualities<\/strong> that I think are important to every innovator<\/strong>, such as the ability to see the world at a 360-degree angle, to be empathetic and creative. Also, I will share the significance of leadership for the promotion of innovations or, conversely, for stopping,\u201d says J. Klyvien\u0117.<\/p>\n \u201cNow it doesn’t matter where in the world you live – everyone is talking about innovation and the need for it. During the discussion, we will review universal skills, I will share my experience as a person working and innovating on a daily basis, so it can be relevant and interesting for everyone,\u201d J.
