This exhibition showcases biomaterials designed by Lithuanian and Baltic creators, presenting innovative experiments and design objects that embody the principles of sustainable design, the circular economy, and responsible creation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"555\" data-end=\"956\">Indr\u0117 Mikuck\u0117, a lecturer in the Fashion Design programme at Kauno Kolegija Higher Education Institution (Faculty of Arts and Education, Academy of Arts), as well as a fashion designer, textile artist, and researcher, is presenting her biomaterial experiments at the exhibition. Her work reflects the latest trends in biomaterial design, offering a glimpse into cutting-edge developments in the field.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"958\" data-end=\"1374\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biomaterialslibrary.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Biomaterials Library<\/strong><\/a> is a growing collection of innovative materials and a creative space based in Vilnius\u2014the first of its kind in the Baltic States. The collection documents the contributions of regional creators to sustainable design and biomaterial innovation, fostering international collaboration, knowledge exchange, and global discussions around environmental sustainability and responsible creativity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"1376\" data-end=\"1569\">The exhibition features works by the following artists: Agn\u0117 Ku\u010derenkait\u0117, Aust\u0117ja Plat\u016bkyt\u0117, Ekopolimeras, Evelina Kudabait\u0117, INDI, Indr\u0117 Spitryt\u0117-Mikuck\u0117, Sarmite Polakova, and Waste Matters.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"1571\" data-end=\"1693\">Curated by Aust\u0117ja Plat\u016bkyt\u0117, the project is organised by &#8216;Med\u017eiagotyra&#8217; and funded by the Lithuanian Council for Culture.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"1695\" data-end=\"2051\">The exhibition will remain open until 9<sup>th<\/sup> November at the <a href=\"https:\/\/isola.design\/event?eventGK=LNLKCWID&amp;title=heart-headhand-at-double-j-collective&amp;event=Dubai-Design-Week-2025\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Double J Collective Gallery<\/strong><\/a> in Dubai&#8217;s Design District.
